In matters pertaining to intellectual property, I have assisted clients with registering copyrights and trademarks, and have successfully represented clients in Federal District Court (including Northland Insurance Company v. Blaylock) in trademark litigation.

I also provide legal advice and instruction on licensing and renewal issues for Michigan's Concealed Pistol License (CPL) law.
